You asked and we delivered. We have two speakers coming up in August. Bill Leonard is director of real estate for the National Capital Commission. He’s going to talk about the numerous opportunities to partner with the NCC. This is one of the best kept secrets in the Ottawa area. Few within the general public understand the NCC, and I would venture to say that few in the investment community understand it either.

We also have John Dickie, a lawyer who represents some of Ottawa’s largest landlords, and head of the Eastern Ontario Landlords Organization (EOLO) talking to us about Bill 184, newly passed legislation which will affect the landlord tenant relationship.
