CMHC, in addition to offering mortgage insurance, conducts some of the most comprehensive market research across Canada. Our guest speaker is Anne Marie Shaker, an analyst with CMHC. She will be able to provide a layer of insight beyond the published reports. She will be able to answer your questions on the housing market, the rental market, and the multi-family asset class.

We have a second segment with an expert panel focused on private lending. There are new rules surrounding private lending and this is a must attend segment for anyone who actively uses private funds for investment.
