Our speaker for January is Dr. Neel Chadha, a practicing local physician in Ottawa who is also a real estate developer and operator for senior assisted living and independent living. His first facility is already completed in Perth and he is actively developing subsequent projects. This is a story about how someone who is insanely busy can become a real estate developer as a side hustle. It makes the “too busy” excuse hard for argue with. This is an inspiring story with powerful insights on how to create specialized real estate products.
