Tonight's presentation is about  the persistent inflation, war/geopolitics, and market volatility as a result of a shaky start to 2022 for equities and bonds alike.  John Kitcher, Associate Investment Advisor with iA Private Wealth – HighLifeWorth™ Wealth Management, will provide us with a capital markets update, assess the noise and signals in the economy, provide macro and technical viewpoints on equities, bonds, and commodities.

John Kitcher is an Associate Investment Advisor with iA Private Wealth – HighLifeWorth™ Wealth Management.  The HighLifeWorth™ Wealth Management team provide tactical wealth management, financial planning, and insurance for families in the Ottawa area.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a Responsible Investment Specialist.  

In the second half of our meeting, we will hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) as we do every May. Jacob will present our current financials. We will also kick off the election process for the 2022/2023 board (see also the website post). Per the new by-laws, we have three open board positions plus the treasure’s position up for grabs. If you would like to run for any of these positions, then you will also have an opportunity to make an on-stage presentation tonight if you wish.
