Francis Cortellino, economist in charge of housing market analysis for the Ottawa-Gatineau and Montréal areas, joined CMHC in 2008. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the Université de Montréal and has also pursued doctoral studies at the same university. Before joining CMHC, he was an analyst in the energy sector and lecturer at the Université de Montréal.
