Hello Everyone, I am just completing my first apartment unit and will be renting this out. I am looking for a good accountant recommendation as I currently don't have one.  This would be for next years taxes but would like to find one soon so that I can get everything in order of what I could deduct. I have friends that use accountants but would prefer someone that is very well versed in real-estate side of things.   Thanks
