No. It is not. It should be.

You could use a paralegal or a lawyer for this depending on the circumstances.

For paralegal, I use Trevor Jacquard of Jacquard Henderson.

For lawyer who deals with SCC all the time, I use Monick Grenier (Grenier Law).

If a civil conversation with the company isn't working then a simple legal letter can often bring everyone to the table to resolve. I will say that in my considerable experience in dealing with civil disputes (as a participant and not a lawyer), it is almost always better to resolve matters early on. I view trial as an absolutely last resort and the outcome is never certain for either party. But if civil discussion doesn't work then having good quality legal representation can often create the conditions to get things resolved.

Hi, I was looking for resources/tools or lawyers that can be used to hold a property management company accountable. Unfortunately over the last 3 months my property management company has mismanaged repair work and invoices resulting in losses of several thousand dollars and using rent coming in  to pay off contractors without my review or authorization.

    Thank you
