I recently had the privilege of being a guest on "The EveryDay Millionaire" podcast, hosted by my good friend Patrick Francey, CEO of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN).

A few years ago, I left a successful career in TV Broadcasting to pursue life as a full-time entrepreneur, investing in real estate.  Considering I've been investing in real estate for many years this should have been an easy transition, right?  WRONG!  It was a huge adjustment that was filled with lots of stress and anxiety, fuelled primarily by the "fear of failure".  In my interview with Patrick I shared everything I went through and how I overcame it.  I also shared some very personal stories that most people have never heard.  Everyone faces challenges in life.  It's a matter of how you learn to overcome them and use them to your advantage!
