    Hello everyone!

    I found large acreage land (58 acres) with a mint-condition custom built house in Cumberland and am looking for interested investors who are willing to partner on the opportunity to limit mortgage payments. The property will bring in rental income from the home and the land (already rented to neighbouring farmer), which will cover the property tax and, depending on how much we put in, at least half of the mortgage payment. I've attached some more information. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
