Numerous investor have been defrauded by James "Jim" Pellerin. About 12 cases have already been to Small Claims Court and have been awarded Judgements against him.  Collecting is another issue.  An Examination Hearing was held last year to determine his assets; he did not bother to attend.  A contempt of Court Hearing was held; he did not bother to show up for that either.  A warrant for his arrest was issued and he was arrested Friday 1 Feb.  Another Examination Hearing will be scheduled and I need to be able to check what he presents so I am looking for anyone who knows of his assets, property, Rent to Own interests, etc.  If he fails to list all his assets, he can again be charged with contempt of court.  Please contact me if you know something and want to help hold this scammer to account.
