Can someone recommend a paralegal in Ottawa?  It is for my friends who have a tenant that is not paying his rent.  This tenant has been living in the same place for 40 years.  He may have mental health issues and other medical concerns. They have been very cooperative and understanding but now need to take action. I promised them I would consult with the OREIO team.      

If there are no replies to this post, I will refer them to Lyman and Dickie.
