I agree with the article. What isn't mentioned though is the impact to small landlords and their tenants. It is very onerous and still has privacy issues.

We are trying an approach to lobby the councilors and see what progress we can make there. Multiple approaches are always good.

In the mean time, I recommend everyone hold off on making their declarations until nearer the deadline. If councilors see a high compliance rate, it will embolden them to support this egregious process.
