We are very excited about our next Meetup group on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Our guest speakers will be Jeremy Terr and David Ross from Argo Property Group in Philadelphia. Jeremy and David met over four years ago with a shared interest in real estate development. When they started Argo Property Group they were building single family homes and some small duplexes and triplexes. Four years later they have completed over thirty projects ranging from single family rehabs and new townhomes to large mixed-use developments with commercial space. Argo has built over 100 residential units and more than 165,000 Sq/ft of development. Jeremy and David are going to tell us about how they grew their business by working with investors both within the US and around the world. They will also talk about why investing in US real estate, particularly in Philadelphia, can be a strong formula for building wealth.
